Pickle





Female Saddleback pig- Found abandoned at our gates about 12 months ago.
You can see the difference in her from the first photo when she first came in!
Pickle is a resident at the sanctuary and not for re-homing.
Lily
This is Lily - one of our most recent
residents. You may recognise Lily as a
previous resident at Ramshaw Rescue.
Lily came to live at Kays Hill when
Ramshaw Rescue closed its doors for
the last time in December 2008.
Lily is a very friendly Kune Kune pig but
is unfortunately not for rehoming.

Duke

Duke is a 4 year old Wensleydale.
He is the newest resident at the
sanctuary.




We also have:
12 goats (not for rehoming)
24 geese (also not for re-homing)
14 ducks (you guessed it, not for re-homing)
4 chickens (...............not for re-homing!)



 









Ferral Unit
Below is a picture of our ferral unit. Thank you to everyone who helped with the donations for us to be able to have the unit and especially to Chris Constance. As you can see from
the pictures below the unit has a cat flap at the side for the cats to come and go as they
please. The inside is kitted out with scratching posts and beds. The cages that are in
they serve 2 purposes, if we have a new cat that is going into the unit it is kept and fed
in the cage for a few weeks to get use to it before it is let out to roam the grounds of the sanctuary. When there is no new cats in the cages are left open for the other cats to use the beds inside.

 



Karrot- Tabby kitten,
Approx' 12 months old
semi-feral Female Neutered
Karrot lives in the ferral unit at the sanctuary and is a permanent resident. As she was not suitable to be rehomed,

Tipsy - Torti shell,
female kitten feral, Neutered
Approx' 12 months old
Tipsy is a stray ferral who loves living in the ferral unit and spends her time sitting on a big paw cushion in front of the window. Tipsy is a permanent resident.

Blacky - black,
feral kitten, Female Neutered
Approx' 12 months old
Blacky lives in the ferral unit and can be seen running around the grounds of the sanctuary. As she was a ferral and never trusted humans she will live here at the sanctuary.

Sox - Black and white,
Female,
feral,
Age 6 years
Sox is now living in our ferral unit. She loves roaming the fields and is so
happy. She lives with her friends and can come and go as she pleases.
Sophie - Black and White
Female (N)
Approx' 3 years
Home required
Sophie lives with her friends in the ferral unit and is very happy.
